  1. Punch a teammate in the face…you get fined an undisclosed amount of money…sleep with a woman in the organization, you get suspended for a YEAR!

  2. We would have to fight every day until I’m satisfied or one of us gets suspended or leave. That’s disrespect beyond being teammates.

  3. The League should step in at this point imo. They need to send a message to players and teams that no one is above the rules. Draymond shouldn't keep getting away with violence!

  4. Winning clouds your decision making. If the Warriors were a terrible team in years past with Draymond he would have been off the team already. They've won FOUR championships WITH him. This has caused the team to look the other way when he does his garbage. They're enablers to his violence.

  5. Why are people talking like Draymond has a terrible history and is a "menace" and other stuff? Just a lot of haters who want the Warriors to break up. Draymond is a family guy with no criminal history, or past incidents of violence with teammates/family. Sure he pushes the line of playing clean sometimes, but off the court he has been nothing but a good member of the community. I am not excusing his actions in hitting Poole, at all, but this is why the leak of the video is such a big deal. It should be up to these two dudes and the team to work it out, deal with apologies, punishments, etc. They owe each other, and the team owes them, to find a path to move past it and keep winning together. One fight where somebody is out of line doesn't break a relationship.

  6. People are making way too big a deal out of this. Jordan is fine, Draymond will have to bear being ashamed by his actions and make amends, and the team will have moved on before November rolls around. If he had hurt Poole, Draymond would be in a different kind of trouble but that isn't the case. If I had a billion dollars, I wouldn't have to go to work tomorrow… but that isn't the case. Has nobody commenting ever been punched before? It is not some world ending event that shatters your confidence and makes you blow up your life, lol. I was best man at the wedding for a friend who, before we were close, punched me over something stupid I don't even remember. We became closer after talking about it and moving on, and frankly I don't even think it ruined my day at the time.

  7. I lost a lot of respect for the Warriors organisation (and Steve Kerr in particular) based on how they handled this. They initially downplayed it, didn’t even regret the incident but only the fact that it was leaked on video. The punishment for Green is non-existent. If I were Poole, or any other player not named Green, I wouldn’t want to be on a team anymore that doesn’t protect its players.

  8. Practice! Practice? Apparently there are no crimes, during practice.
    Aaron Donald comes to mind.
    Draymond Green comes to mind.
    Apparently,in practice,or while practicing,there are no assault.Whatever punishment,it does not,fit the crime.And yes,it is criminal.However the media wants to whitewash these incidents.

  9. Draymond – I need to prove it with my actions.

Also Draymond – I’m not missing ring night or any games. I won us this ring. I’m playing.

  10. Y'all have to keep in mind that even though I think Draymond should have been suspended a game or two, I think the reason the Dubs aren't going to do that is because the RING CEREMONY is on the first game of the year 👀

  11. We definitely did not need to see the video if that’s the case just live stream every private practice keep it consistent it’s none of our business tbh

  12. It took a few days for me to think about it. I had to put myself back in highschool mentality. There is no way this thing will work out with Warriors. They should trade Draymond immediatley or the whole team will fall apart. The message is to all the talent, if Draymond punches you, we still won't suspend him. LMAO. If someone that much bigger than me did that, he will get a receipt. There has to be one. This is bad situation for Warriors. Draymond has always been a bully.
