Blazers waive Rhoden and Miller, not Sarr
Waiving Jared Rhoden and Isaiah Miller but not Olivier Sarr would certainly point to Sarr getting one of the Blazers' open two-way contracts as we've been predicting. The other two-way spot is open and could be filled by an outside signing. 15th roster spot unlikely to be filled.
