Our guest this week is Miami Heat guard, Victor Oladipo. In this clip, Vic gets about as raw as it gets on his streak of bad luck that and how his outlook on life has changed because of it. This is one of the most open and honest interviews we’ve ever done so be sure to check out the full thing tomorrow morning.

Crazy, we often overlook NBA players are humans just like us. Loved the transparency Victor shared about his journey…much respect for Oladipo man, been through so much and still a baller!
Not just career-altering, but life-changing injuries. Tough luck, man.
Hearing this is amazing, your right man you have all the talent in the world. Hope one day you make your own podcast 🙏🙏

Beautiful!
JJ, kudos to giving players a chance to share.
Oladipo, power to you man!
I feel my guy…. #thatlow
Best podcast
As a Heat & Magic fan, I've always knew Oladpio was gonna be special! Also as a human being who's badly chronically Ill, i understand & relate to almost every statement he made…everything about the mental aspect of dealing with pain, high pain tolerance, the arduous recovery stages. This clip from the full podcast made me really appreciate him & the ability to speak freely about human struggles. To anyone dealing with health issues too or anything. You got this, we GOT this! Him also talking about being a person who was stoic & animated before his health issues. Then him getting really low & then becoming out of control, a lot of people can relate to that…
Klay came back and won a chip
After seeing Vic, I would love to see D Rose on the pod.
it was so wild to see him break out and then sit out so long and then he bet on himself didn't take that deal from Indy and then got injured again.
tough things
We love you and are rooting for you VO
Lets get him a Championship! That was really Deep!
another guy were i was very interested about his journey – jj is getting them all – cant wait to hear his whole story – always liked him always felt for him and never heard anything from him personally – so again i think a great interview is waiting for us
i’m really excited for this one! victor seems like he’s gonna have some great things to say
Never knew Oladipo was this well spoken ngl
Lets go Heat! Vic that was some special stuff. Thank you for getting super real. we love you. Been rooting for you all this time so to hear firsthand what you had to battle on the inside was painful. Wish somehow you couldve known all the people on your side rooting for you as you tried to get healthy. Good luck sir 👑
dope interview
he's still a crazy good defender, hopefully he gets the offense going this year
why do today's players feel like they're the best even if they're not? too much confidence in their abilities blinds them from their flaws and faults that they always think it's the organization's fault, millionaire victim mentality
Sadly we live in a world full of bots that will actually disregard Victor as being a human with feelings and real life trials & tribulations just because he’s in the NBA making millions. Simple question to whoever reads this is, if you won 100 million dollars but all your loved ones were executed, how happy would you really be ?? Money DOESN’T buy you happiness. NEVER forget that !
"I got the best mindset ever"
"my pain tolerance is through the roof I promise you that"
"I'm talented enough to do something else"
wow 'such perfect' 'much god'
Oladipo of all people!
Dropped a bag in Houston
loved the sabonis and victor combo, good to have him back
Tears poured down my face. I have ALWAYS respected Victor's game, ever since his Pacers days, thanks for being so vulnerable and opening up. I have a severe disability and you really encouraged me. Love you're sweatshirt too.😊😊
Na this is definitely the one. People don’t realize the metal stuff in which a injury does to you. Then its like will I ever get to my old self ?
