Man I thought Q even had a chance to make the regular roster (15th spot)? What happened? Thought he had that 2way locked up.

Yeah, it got to a point that there’s too many guards on the squad. Ryan Rollins showing potential maybe took all their chances.
Pat Spencer and Anthony Lamb will probably replace them.
Damn, surprised about the Quinndary move. Hopefully he gets picked up by another team, maybe Mike Brown and the Kings got an official roster spot for him?

e: Feel like Pat + Lamb would mean some overlap, but has Ty Jerome shown enough to warrant a spot over Lamb? Maybe if they want some playmaking insurance? Wouldn’t surprise me, makes more sense roster construction wise.

Feels like Q had a spot locked down and then other guys got better while he stalled a bit. He just couldn’t stand out like he needed to. It’s a shame because I liked his game despite his clear shortcomings

still weird that warriors gave that 2-way contract to lester so quickly right after the draft.
I hope they designate Lester as an affiliate so they can keep him in SCW. He’s got way more potential and upside than someone like Jerome Robinson.
So sad for Quinndary. Hope someone picks him up. Best of luck to both regardless of where they end up.

As much as I liked them both, we can do better for 2 ways.
The last preseason game hammered home how much dead weight the Warriors roster has had for years now, because they weren’t natural system players and couldn’t stay consistent. There shouldn’t be a garbage time lineup, it should look like what we saw the other night.
I hope Quinndary finds the roster spot he wanted. I also hope Warriors don’t end up losing all the talent they did gather up. SC needs talent.
Best of luck to Q, I really thought it would work out this year. Lester was impressive the last two games, but Lamb and Spencer aren’t projects, they appear to already know what to do out there.

Thought Weatherspoon would stick around, but he’s not looked fantastic in preseason when he’s got minutes sadly, so maybe they are just going in another direction and want someone different
