The Atlanta Braves are all set for game three against the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. The big question is whether or not Spencer Strider will be on the mound for the Braves. On this edition of ATL Hangouts, Tenitra Batiste, Jon Chuckery and Jarvis Davis talked about what it would mean for the Braves if Strider is the starter. Also, they discussed Charlie Morton potentially getting the start as well.
The Atlanta Falcons have arguably one of their toughest tests coming up this Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers at Mercedes Benz stadium. Kyle Pitts returned to practice this week on a limited basis and looks like he will be available on Sunday. ATL Hangouts talked about what that would mean for Arthur Smith’s offense and they discussed what Marcus Mariota’s role in it would be.

I said this yesterday I wanted Strider to start GM 3 because I feel the pressure of a elimination game Saturday if Braves lose game 3 wouldn't be ideal for a rookie. I believe Braves win today with strider or lose. Morton has pitched in big games. And I would trust Morton in a game 4 . but let's forget that. Win game 3 and 4. Amd end it Lets Go BRAVES
Cause i believe Strider can over match the phillies power. Also knowing Phillies probably will be very aggressive at the plate.
Love this version of the Braves as opposed to the Braves of the 90s because most of the teams that faced Us in the 90s knew hey the pitching is going to be lights out but we only have to fear Chipper Jones we don't fear anybody else in this lineup except for chipper as long as he don't get off on us we won't worry about that and that's the way the Braves did in the 90s nobody was worried about our lineup except for chipper! I like the fact that the Braves are actually able to mess with people's minds because they don't know what to expect from this Braves team anymore! I guess it took an American League general manager to finally realize we need bombers in our lineup in order to advance in the playoffs but also win a playoff series the Braves have shown you over the last few seasons that they're able to win with the long ball they're able to win playing small ball they can win the game in a Marriott of different ways that the 90s teams weren't able to win! That just shows you how quickly baseball has changed in those 30 years since the Braves went on this run! The one thing that kills me is that pictures no longer pitch longer than six or seven Innings anymore I can't remember the last picture who actually pitched a complete game! Our Bullpen is a hell of a lot better than the '90s bullpen except when they had Smoltz and then Craig Kimbrel! This guy that we got from the Dodgers he's lights out when he gets the ball in the 9th inning! I'm jacked up and excited for this ball Club even baseball has to notice that we're nothing like the '90s Braves I mean they do get that over there right? Go Braves! And I also want to wish luck to the Phillies y'all are one hell of a good team and y'all deserve to be where you're at!
