I think he is taking a leap right in front of us. The way Big Body drives to the basket now is very different than what he did last yr. He is very deliberate and methodical with his drive. He already reallized that he doesn’t have to crash the rim at 100 mph to score. As the result, he will go to the FT line at higher rate to score some easy point.
What he can and should continue to improve is on defensive end. He doesn’t have a massive wingspan to alter shots but he has strong upper body and hopefully he can use it to fight over the screen and stick to his man.

I think the position change to the 3 is key for that leap to be made. He’s just not big enough to play the 4 so hopefully we’ll keep him at the 3 where the role is more natural for him
