The one reason why I am happy with this signing is that he is Giannis brother, but the downside is that his stats are not very good and will not mean much to the team.
I said it before and I'll say it again: regardless of the fact that this could attract Giannis to come to Chicago in the future or not, I'm happy the Bulls signed Kostas. I just like the dude, with no consideration on who his relatives are.
Not only he could be an emergency replacement if the Bulls happen to be so unlucky to have a depleted front court much like last season, but also, given this could actually be his last chance to stay in the NBA, I hope he gest better in his game and makes himself useful some way or another.
And again, since he's been AC's teammate during their championship run with the Lakers, Kostas probably knows a thing or two about keeping the locker room up with morale, and something like this is as valuable as the on-court production by the star players and the bench.

What it means is Kostas will be an all star.
If turns out half as good as his brother then it's worth retaining him. If anything, you shouldn't have to worry about his attitude, given he's anything like his brother. Idk, on a 2way, I don't see any negatives. Low risk, high reward.

As a Bucks fan (who doesn't live anywhere in Wisconsin), I feel the need to say this. If Giannis moves to Chicago years from now, I see it as a full circle coming from my point of view, because as a kid growing up in the 90's, I loved the Chicago Bulls because of MJ and Pippen. I lost interest in basketball when MJ retired after The Last Dance. My love for basketball got resurrected from the dead when I saw Giannis and the Bucks win the 2021 NBA championship. So, as a guy who loves the Milwaukee Bucks because of Giannis and Holiday, I wouldn't mind seeing Giannis play for a team that I cheered for, and 90% of the time played on the Super Nintendo NBA Jam back in my childhood.
With a shotblocker beggars can't be choosers. Keep him for the year and see what Kostas can do in the few games he's allowed to play with the Bulls.

I think Kostas just didn't get enough minutes tbh. In fairness, he's not great by any means, but I think he has potential. He's raw af though.

I always wanted Kostas because he’s a Big, and we need big bodies. To be honest I think that’s more the reason than Giannis right now
this isn’t the only reason they signed him, the other 2 guys were guards and the bulls are well over the need for them, kostas adds length and athleticism that will hopefully translate in the regular season
Any bulls fan will take that chance of trying to grab Giannis… even if that chance is .01 🤣
