The Brooklyn Nets defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves, 112-102. Kyrie Irving recorded 26 points and 4 assists for the Nets, while Kevin Durant added 20 points and 6 assists in the victory. Karl-Anthony Towns tallied 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the Timberwolves in the losing effort. The Nets improve to 2-2 in the NBA Preseason, while the Timberwolves fall to 4-1.

    when Uncle Drew and Easy Money Sniper begin to make those difficult and contested shots Brooklyn can be a huge problem for a lot of teams

    I hate when commentators mix up players, like Marcus and Markieff. You KNOW one of them is on the team, maybe take 3 seconds and figure out which one? Just seems so lazy they can't do bare minimum research

    Not even a nets fan but it is great to see Ben contributing to the team. It’s not enjoyable to see him throw his talent away. Hopefully he keeps it up and continues to improve throughout the season. My Cs will have a better playoff contender this year 😤

    Start O’Neal to set the defensive tempo and have Harris come off the bench for scoring (also less weight on him since he is coming off an injury) makes way more sense, but with Nash you should never be too sure. Love Mills but pls limit his minutes, dude fouls too much and if he is not knocking them 3’s he becomes a negative. Give sumner, Cam, or Edward some of those minutes.

    Ben is alright with me. He doesn't have to force if it really doesn't work. Rodman. Magic. Draymond. Curry can be the best player without ever throwing a mid range. Just be really good with what works for you. You got the scoring covered with 2 hall of famers.

    Sloppy game from the Twolves and they we’re still in it somewhat first game with Rudy and KAT with the group so I don’t know what to judge em with a grade yet but they looking deep af and the nets looked ready for the Szn to start right now they’re in mid szn mode KD & Kyrie looked nice tonight

    As a Net fan, it’s so nice hearing Michael Grady’s voice again. I loved his work as a side man for the YES Network here in NYC. I loved his silky, smooth voice!!! And he was top notch for the Nets when he was here. You folks in Minnesota are very lucky to have him, he is one of the best!!
