Ben Simmons, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving continued their chemistry building on Friday night, and showed a few more wrinkles on the offensive and defensive ends of the floor.
Ben Simmons did foul out, and while the Timberwolves do have size in Golbert and Towns – this was a reminder that the defensive anchor for the Nets will need to balance his aggressive play at times.

With Simmons in the lineup this is the type of non-iso basketball Nash always wanted to play. Simmons is like a 6 11’ extension of Nash. Nash also never had KD, Kyrie, Curry and Harris around him. Oh by the way unlike Nash, Simmons can legitimately guard Giannis, Luka, Lebron and Dame. Let’s go!
