  1. I’ve listen to almost every spurs podcast and you make the most sense I don’t see spurs being worse because the ball will move a lot more

  2. I think there is a possibility the spurs can mix it up. Primo and Jones can share the starting job. Great to see Sochan start.

  3. I think Dom Barlow is the most intriguing signing of the off season. Considering his odds of making it to the NBA because of where he came from. He will make a name for himself in Austin and with big club

  4. 1. I'd rather see Primo off the bench to give a scoring punch to the second unit. He can still get big minutes for development. Also, you are probably right about Wesley, but I would love to see him eventually take over starting point (maybe not even until next season) and leave Primo as 6th Man.
    2. Sorry, I don't know enough about Dieng to have an opinion. I've watched Collins a lot last season and this pre-season. I even went to a couple of Austin Spurs games and saw him play there (dang! his shoes are huge when I see them in person!!). If he can just physically and mentally get back to where he was before his injury I think he would be my pick, but it seems like he is hesitant, or holding back a little. Still, he looks very skilled and competent at both ends. I'm pulling for him.
    3. Final cuts. My only comment there is that I saw Romeo Langford play in the game against OKC and he made some very good plays. But, I also saw him not hustling to get back at times so his motivation is a question, but that is just one game. He looks like an athletic and impactful player if he is given a chance and I hope they keep him.
Fiinally, Spurs may not be worse but I don't think Pop is going to worry about the final score as much as he does developing his players, which may sometimes come at the cost of a game. Not trying to lose, but just focusing more on chemistry and development, and those calls about who to put on the floor at key moments makes a huge difference.

  5. Tre will start early in the season but I think Pop will slowly move Primo to the starting PG. Primo showing his ability to score & facilitate in the Pick n Roll against OKC & the gleague gives him a push for that starting role. As far as us as a team. I definitely see us getting worse. Still got guys developing & comparing our talent to other teams in the league is significantly worse on top of the fact that we might make some trades mid way through the season. Also think pops statement he made about “people shouldn’t go to Vegas & bet on us to do something” shows what direction we’re going in this season. Also love Sochan & what he can develop into.
