30 minutes a game means someone else is getting their minutes managed.
He’s the first sub in for steph or klay. That’ll get him his 30 minutes.

If 2 of Steph, Klay, and Poole are always in the game and they split minutes evenly they all play 32 minutes. (48×2=96, 96÷3=32).
