Thibs will mess it up. He has proven to have no skills in player development or assessment of the individual skills of his players everywhere he has coached. It was even worse here by allowing Randle to handle the ball so much and play ISO ball while having 3 or 4 PG's. Even worse, he made Burks the PG while having IQ and McBride available.

Jericho is super athletic i would tell him watch dennis robman model his game after him will make the ny knick impossible to defend.
