Surprised we got such a team friendly deal, but this could make a lot of sense for both parties in the long run. Little will be 26 or 27 (entering his prime) when he next enters free agency, meaning he could be set for a big payday. His playstyle will always be valuable.
Sure makes him more tradable that’s for sure. I’m sure his no show in preseason was a factor in taking the small bag.
Nas lowkey got fleeced, steal for us though. Rookie extensions are almost never less than the full MLE.
