Take this video down. Udoka coached them all year last year and he fucked up and broke team rules and fucked the owners wife. That’s hard to come back from. Joe Mazulla will be just fine. Let’s blame Udoka for any short comings that happen this year as he was the one who fucked up.

I am very confused about your point here, we do not know what happened so we cannot say the suspension is justified or not, and since we do not know what occurred why are we behaving like bad behaviour should be excused just to win, it is just a game it's not that serious during the season we will get more information till then lets all chill on this situation

I think that they're (the Celtics) gonna suffer the worst for their decision. Give him the opportunity to "WIN THE TITLE" before destroying his ability to prove his worth and leadership! The opportunity should not be taken away due to a CONSENSUAL relationship! He's not the "MARRIED" participant! And by the way, WHAT'S HER PUNISHMENT?
Bad Decision and They certainly will Feel it Soon . They couldn't get to the Finals without Him . They will have a Hard time getting Back there Unless they find a equivalent or Better than Coach Ime . But I am honestly Corcerned for that Locler Room now tho . It's Over .
My question is if the video or camera ring didn't get out then he wouldn't be in his own situation. My question is they say he's been doing this in every organization he's been in so if this is normal then why suspend him now.
I don't think the Celtics made the right decision, but Ime triggered the pride and ego of men above him by sleeping with a woman (or women) who weren't available, so I suspect these men that he pissed off will let the team crash if if it means Ime paying through the nose for what he did.

Ime Udoka gets suspended for a year for making love with a co-worker. Draymond Green gets no suspension at all for committing physical violence on a co-worker.
Partial owner should be blaming his wife not the other guy.
It sucks for the players because this was 100% on Ime Udoka and they may not be the same team this season. But IMO this decision by the Celtics had nothing to do with the infraction itself. If Ime was having an affair with the wife of the manager of the Celtics mailroom dept he would have been given a stern talking to and a "bad Ime, don't do this again — now win us a championship". But he "allegedly" dipped his pen in the executive ink and that action was untenable — and no amount of championship aspirations would matter. And this harsh decision came down from the owner and the executive front office to send a stern message to those who would mess with the wrong OPP.
They made the right decision. Give him a year to think about some of the consequences of his adulterous actions and what it could cost him. Also, it gives the owners an opportunity to guage the progress of his assistants and players without him. If they bring him back there is a possibility that he has created newer and better schemes to implement and be a better team in the future. I feel like most people especially rich people will look over something like that for more success and money.
Me personally, I would have fired him out the gate and looked for a comparable replacement.

Suspensions make no sense to me. Think about the Draymond situation. Why was it up to Poole if he got a suspension or not? Most people in Poole’s position would do the same thing because they would want a chance at another ring. If it was a bench player you know for a fact he would have been suspended. Yet Udoka gets the same punishment as when Artest socks a fan in the face on live television. There has to be some form of third party that handles the suspension based on the situation. The way it is now people who should be punished lightly are punished harshly, while people who should be harshly punished are lightly punished.
I hope they don’t win a game. I want to see what the off season brings

If Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks had not been injured. The Celtics probably would not have been in the NBA Finals. Weird things happen in the NBA. And, just because you got to the Finals this past season. Doesn't mean you will return the next year. Miami, Milwaukee, Philly, and perhaps the Nets. Are all competing for the Eastern Conference Title. It wont be a cake walk. The interim coach for the Celtics will not be named the head coach later either. If, the Celtics go into the playoffs this season. It will be because of the maturity of the players. I give credit to Ime for doing that. Maturing the young players. Mark Jackson would be an effective replacement coach for the Celtics. At least they know that Mark Jackson will not be eyeing the female staff. As Ime did. But. I believe that Mark Jackson is banned from getting another NBA head coaching job. Unfortunately.
