  1. Quick summary of the audio clip:

    – Roster flux made it difficult for Nash to implement a strategy and to build chemistry. Nash lost the locker room.

    – Stoudemire saw this coming.

    – Players were frustrated because there was no defensive structure.

    – “When plays break down, you want to be there to cover them, but you also want to let them know that Hey, you were supposed to do it this way.” But this wasn’t possible because there was no structure, so it was unclear who made mistakes on the defensive end. Because of this, players could not hold each other accountable, and this led to bad defense and offense.

Nash was in over his head AND the fact that there were injuries and zero continuity … definitely two things being true here.

End of the day: marks fucked up hiring a rookie coach. Hence he’s going Hail Mary now.

Edit: the players want structure – sounds like they do want to be coached. This will go against narrative here that they don’t want to be coached.

This was a great clip. You will be able to tell who here hasn’t listened to it when they regurgitate the espn narrative.

Wow so like I’ve e said the whole time fire Vaughn he’s a horrible defensive coach the man literally doesn’t have a defensive structure..

Marks set Nash up for Failure not only because it’s a difficult team but we have no real defensive coach (which also played as his assistant coach) all he does is clap (that’s who Nash learned it from)
