I question Nets decision making. This shows me an organisation in disarray by hiring a coach which is currently suspended by another NBA team due to his actions. The NBA should have had something in place not to allow this to happen. Yes, to give him a second chance, but only after the end of the suspension. I am really disappointed by the NBA, not so much from Nets as they are clearly a team without structure, strategy and proper management. They let two NBA stars dictate all the decision making over the last 3 years and the result of this clearly evident. Hired a coach without prior headcoach experience, traded all draft picks for the wrong players, gave Kyrie a pass several times, etc, etc. I won't be surprised that the GM will be fired at the end of April, as I don't expect them to make this year's playoffs.

I don't understand why he would want to walk into a dysfunctional organization with three highly emotional and spoiled players. He could do everything correctly and still fail because of who he has to deal with day in and day out.
