My Pelicans came up short, but nothing to hold their heads down about. At the same time, I am happy for the Lakers, especially Russ, he looks great, got all those fools on ESPN off his back..
Pelicans showed youth but more so low IQ. Should’ve easily closed this game at the end of regulation. Also it’s obvious that Zion is easing slowly back into things after those injuries . He’s not attempting the dunks that he normally would but instead layups, and even missing ones he made before. He’ll be back to himself in a month or 2

I'm a big Laker fan and I'm happy they won but blowing 16 point leads is nothing to get excited about … I think it's bad coaching 😕 . Where is Kendrick Nunn and Damian Jones? I think Kendrick Nunn should be playing over Austin Reaves who had a horrible night. And I don't like AD playing Center all year, he's not that physical I think Damian Jones should start at Center with AD at Powerforward. Starting lineup should be Nunn, Walker, LeBron, AD, and Jones until Bryant and Shroder gets back. Beverly and Russ off the bench.
The Lakers must absolutely do the Turner / Buddy Hield trade with the Pacers ; The Lakers would be unstoppable with Turner at the center , with Lonnie Walker and Buddy Hield et the guards positions, and Lebron/AD as SF/PF ; This would keep AD injury-free and healthy, as he would not be battling big and dominant centers ; It is hugely in the Lakers interests to do the deal ASAP; Plus this would give the Lakers a very deep bench !
