   Good for them. As far as we know, this situation could be totally true hence why they dismissed Primo, but the plaintiff could be making matters seem way worse by pinning it on the Spurs in addition to Primo through libel. Her attorney lied saying that they are not looking for monetary gain, but when you look at the paperwork that’s not the case. She’s asking for an undisclosed amount from the Spurs. She knows she can’t get big bucks out of a rookie contract like Primo, so she’s going after the billion dollar organization now.

   i do believe that josh primo did what he did, but i think she lying about a lot of stuff

   Ultimately there are two sides to the story. So we’ll see what happens as time passes.

   But I do want to see an investigation from a third party.

   Of course he has to deny allegation. RC is working for organization and its best interest. No way he would accept guilt before trail begins.

   It does not appear she is seeking damages due to lost wages, or the contract not being renewed. It appears she is seeking damage due to various pain and suffering. Does include a catch all “such other damages that will be shown at trial.” IANAL

   When RC was drunk and crashed into a fence with an open container in his car, he blamed his diabetes.
