    To keep it real, I haven't seen heart and grind in a Knicks uniform since Patrick Ewing. The very last toughness we had was Latrell Spreewell and Larry Johnson

    RJ is liability on defensive end, often behind the opponent guard after pick and rolls and the opponent guard often simply blow by with mid range jumper or floater

    Both teams shot poorly – key stat was TOs 16 vs 7! 9 possessions at 50% scoring per possession alone accounts for -9 offensively and gives same # to opponent! THAT is why we lost this game! Lazy passes and unnecessary high risk passes. 112-99 loss would have been a 103-108 win if TOs were even at 7.

    Many games, when people talk about Fournier as defensive liability, from effort perspective, RJ was even worse, if you pay close attention, he often stop guarding his man or just leaves people open and not closing out

    I think we need to look at the substitution patterns.. the 2nd unit was balling with a 20 point lead.. why go back to the starters? Completely through off the momentum

    The problem is Randle and Fornier. Those 2 need to be gone and Thibs can go too if he wants to keep playing them.

    I’m done watching this team until Randle and fornier are gone. The backups are obviously better…Obi goes 3-4 with 10 pts in 6 min and keeps getting yanked out the game for Randle who doesn’t play winning basketball. He plays 0 defense. He can’t pass. He can’t dribble and he can’t shoot so what is he actually doing out there??? Than u have Fornier who’s a spot up shooter but can’t shoot lately. He does nothing else. Start Grimes or Quick at the 2 and start Obi at the 4. Problem solved!

    A lot of the issues we had last season are already starting to show up and we are only 7 games in. The collapse in the 4th vs CLE, blowing a 23 pt lead vs ATL and having as many turnovers in the 3rd as points (10) are inexcusable. This team lacks heart and commitment to each other on the floor and that is compounded by Thibs poor in game management and rotations. As CP mentioned this team cannot handle or respond to adversity. There are issues with the roster, coaching and the front office and they won't fix themselves.

    Thibs is wasting what kind of ball player Obi can become. Playing 1/2 the minutes of Julius and the only meaningful stat he’s better at is rebounding which is a product of not getting in the game as much.

    There’s only so much a person can take. This kid is a star that we’re gonna miss when he’s gone.

    Ayo. Wtf projected to have the best bench in the nba????? With whom??? Stop this grimes train please he’s a second year kid who averages 6ppg. He’s not Murray he ain’t that kind of defender and never will be. Let’s put that puppy to bed now !!!!!he’s not starter material I would only start him toward the end of the season when this dog is down. I’m sold Brunson was overrated. It’s wasn’t his Dallas situation it’s him.

    Knicks should have pursued Ime Udoka before the Nets had a chance to get their claws on him. I could care less who he banged in Boston. Great coach.
