    THIS IS A JOKE IN THE U.S TO USE STEREOTYPE TO MEDIA IT TO SAVE SOMEBODY FROM THEIR OWN DISGRACE. AND ONLY GUYS GET THIS THERE IS THE GENDER FREE PASS TICKET TOO THAT GUYS JUSTICE HAS TO DEAL WITH IN REALITY IT IS GLOBAL THAT WOMEN ESCAPE ACCOUNTABILITY ON WRONG DOINGS WHILE GUYS SUFFERS THE UDOKA AFFAIR IS AN EASY PINPOINT PROOF OF THAT ONLY UDOKA GOT THE BACKLASH. ANYWAY, GOING BACK TO JOSH PRIMO WHO HERE BELIEVES SHOWING A GUY'S FRONT TO WOMEN IS MAJORITY MENTAL HEALTH THAN IT IS PERVINESS I MEAN A TRUE MENTAL HEALTH WOULDNT BE ABLE TO TALK INTO AN INTERVIEW WITHOUT ACTING SILLY BUT JOSH WAS INTERVIEWED AND SPOKE ABOUT IT LIKE A NORMAL PERSON CLAIMING HE HAS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE THAT IS WHY THAT HAPPENED. I ONLY SEE THIS AS LYING OR ON DRUGS OR ALCOHOL BUT STILL IF IT IS ALCOHOL IT IS INTENTIONAL. EXTREMELY RARE THAT IT WOULD TRULY BE A MENTAL HEALTH AND YET HE CLAIM IT IS. I BELIEVE STRONGLY IT IS IMMATURITY.

    I HIGHLY DISAGREE NEVER JUDGE A MAN UNTIL CONVICTED ONLY DUMB PEOPLE SPEAK OF IT THERE ARE ALOT OF CRIMINALS WHO ARE STILL ON THE LOSE WHY BECAUSE THEY WERENT CONVICTED WHEN THEY SHOULD SAME GOES THERE ARE ALOT OF INNOCENT INSIDE THE CELL BECAUSE THEY WERE WRONGLY ACCUSED. BAD JUSTICE SYSTEM POLITICS ALSO ARE FACTORS AND STRENGTH POWER OF THE PERSON ON TRIAL ALSO PLAYS A FACTOR. THE POINT IS YOU GOT YOUR BRAIN TO ASSESS THINGS IF IT IS WRONG DOING OR NOT AND YET YOU PLAY DUMB SAYING FOR EXAMPLE A ROBBER YOU SAW ROBBING THE BANK YOU WILL SAY HE ISNT CONVICTED YET SO HE ISNT DOING WRONG. IN SHORT, STUPIDITY.

    It would be interesting to know if he was attending psychological therapy sessions for general mental health issues (i.e. anxiety, stress management), or if he was specifically working to address a history of problematic self-exposure behaviour, and that behaviour re-occurred in the context of therapy. That happens quite often when therapists are working with sex offenders – they reproduce or engage in 'offence-paralleling behaviours' in therapy. Naturally, if there are arousal patterns associated with a certain behaviour (i.e. self-exposure), and they are talking about them in a therapy context, this can activate and re-trigger sexual arousal and inappropriate sexual behaviour associated with the offending pattern. It's up the the therapist how they choose to manage the behaviour and their engagement with the client moving forward, typically based on safety/risk. Some may pull the pin on therapy straight away, others may elect to 'process' the offence-paralleling behaviour with the client in the moment to better understand the psychological processes which have played out leading the person to engage. This is obviously based on the level of severity of the behaviour and therapist safety at the time. I would say that even if the therapist was working more actively with Josh on this behaviour pattern (we don't know if she was), after the alleged Four Seasons exposure, it would no longer be tenable for the Spurs to retain and continue to psychologically treat Josh 'in-house' as it risked becoming a legal matter. If she was working actively with him on this, I feel sad that he re-offended before he could make sufficient enough treatment gains to manage his risk of re-offending and continue his young career. Of course, it's possible they weren't working on this at all and he ended up using it as an opportunity to offend, which would likely have shocked the therapist quite a bit if she had no context for the behaviour. Either way, a problem behaviour like sexual self-exposure is absolutely a psychological disorder that obviously causes distress to victims, and sometimes, to the offenders themselves if the behaviour often happens very impulsively and they have little control over it. That can certainly lead to anxiety (that it will happen again in an uncontrolled way) and depression (feelings of shame and defectiveness).

    can you imagine if the gender roles were reversed with an elder male doctor and a 19 yr old athlete under his care ?? and nobody has even mentioned how ugly she is don’t take my word for it go look

    Naw, it's a tough sell. With multiple allegations, AND a therapist especially is a credible enough person TO KNOW the difference between an accident and intentional. I have to trust the therapist here.

    I've been around basketball for a long time and most guys play with boxer briefs or briefs because they want their shit under control. And if this guy is so large that his shyt regularly leaks out of his shorts than that would be even more of a reason that he would play in restrictive underwear.
