Why is everyone over looking Boogie Cousins and you don't have to over compensate for him or give up two draft picks. Rob Pelinka how to evaluate talent is the success of the season, why clog your roster with combo guards. Bring back Carmelo Anthony a pure shooter and he will lea 😭 how to play defense under Darvin Ham, Russell Westbrook did, who never played defense his entire career, why can't Carmelo Anthony do it. The Lakers looking in all the wrong places and continue to make simple mistakes, replay back 😢one horrible season last year. Carmelo Anthony and Malik Monk were the only two bright spots out of Lebron James and Anthony Davis. I guess one game determines that they don't need shooting anymore, let's use better judgement and intelligence.

Pelinka also comes to the bargaining table knowing that he won't be let go at the end of the season. Lebron and Pelinka signing long term strengthened our position in any trade talks.
I'm just wondering if it's worth it to sign Dwight Howard at this point. I know he wasn't great last season, but he works hard, is a big body, understands angles on defence and can relieve AD in the paint.
The lakers should definitely panic. They’re not like the 2010 heat or 2015 cavs, who could just flip a switch.
Perhaps Schroder, Reeves, LeBron, Troy and AD as a starting five 🤷🏻♂️ Russ, Lonnie, JTA, Gabriel and Bryant as the backup unit. Balance of size, defence and shooting in both units.

I just remembered when ad was in Kentucky his body out grew his age, his bones wasnt grown normal..thats the reason hes always injured and will always be. Prayers 🙏🏾
AD back is hurt bc he has a weak core if you look at his body type when in season 1 -3 he's lean n muscular now he's some what bulky his frame isn't carrying his weight well if he loses 10 lbs n tightens the muscles in his core he will feel better

I still don't like the fact that the Lakers have waaaay tooooo many guards!!!!!!! They need more QUALITY bigs. The major question mark is when will AD ever be fully healthy for the remainder of the season? It does appear that he will.

Russ and AD need to be as good as possible, because those are the two top trade chips the Lakers have this season. They NEED to build a real team, and that's not gonna happen with those two guys on the roster. If both play really good, then the Lakers can bring back really good pieces for both of them in January. There will be some really good and really bad teams looking for guys like Russ/AD to either lose more or win more. Hang tight…and pray those two play really well!

Do you think Indy would do Russ and only one first if instead of Turner and Hield we took Turner and Theis? Clears some long term money off their books. We'd end up with a big trade exception, could maybe get Fournier from the Knicks (another contract they don't want), or Richardson from Spurs later on to help on the wing. Theis also gives us decent coverage since AD and Turner are both injury prone.

There is not a trade out there that would make the Lakers a contender. Rebuild because you already messed up a young team and everyone wants to blame Westbrook….THIS HAS AlWAYS BEEN HIS GAME.
