    Yes. We would give our future picks and not give him a long contract. I totally believe in this report. Swear.

    Yeah…because they literally couldnt. If he opted out most they could offer was a vet min or MLE lol.

    I think the Lakers were only willing to give up a first round pick from the initial conversations which leads me to believe they were still skeptical of him and may have been willing to sign him for a 2-3 year type of deal only.

    Now I don’t think any team would even do a 3 year deal with Kyrie. 2 at most this off-season. Lakers may still be looking that direction 2/60M but with conditions.
