And yet even with a roster update a couple days ago 2k has Mathurin’s potential only at an 83 and 87 max with low boom rate and still a decent bust rate. The same exact of all that potential as Chris Duarte who’s been flat out bad so far that’s just disrespectful . And they have Dyson Daniels at 85 potential 90 max and Jaden Ivey 86 and 92 max. And they have Ivey as having the lowest possible bust rate and highest possible boom rate in the entire game. All of Mathurin’s potential ratings are still the exact same as Johnny barely sees the court Davis. It’s just ridiculous to me how biased they are they clearly don’t want to believe Mathurin can be a star yet he’s already proving to be blossoming into one early in the season as a rookie. Makes no sense other than 2k just playing favorites like usual 🙄
The Lakers can't afford Buddy anymore. Indy can get a 1st in next year's draft & a young project for Buddy now.
Also, and I'll die on this hill, the only way the Pacers move Turner is by packaging him w Buddy. He's just not coveted. Best thing they can do is let him play out his contract & clean out his locker. The cap space they get from him leaving is more valuable than anything u will get for a career 13/7 guy who when not injured only shows up every 4th game. I don't understand the thinking that letting Turner walk means you got nothing for him. You get his cap space back.
