>Lakers this season: +5 with Russ on the floor -47 with Russ off the floor

It’s a good thing that Russ is showing he’s still a valuable contributor. If we ever found a good package(unlikely) for Ben Simmons, I wouldn’t mind Kyrie being shipped to LA and bringing Russ off the bench in that’s scenario. Heck we won’t much of a choice if Kyrie keeps up his behavior. It’s not over for Russ yet.

You’d give Ben and Kyrie for Westbrook?!?!
I like you.
Trade LeBum and surround WestGOD with some actual talent
Westbench is GOATED

Been inflated the last few games he’s been off the bench.. but yea he’s been great.
Glad he is doing well. Benchbrook has been a real positive
How the turn tables.
WHERE IS MY GUY u/MITWestbrook WHEN YOU NEED HIM???
Like choosing a sharp stick in the eye or shooting yourself in the foot. Either way you are screwed
He has declined overall in the last few years, but it’s clear he’s played worse because of some mental struggles with the LA pressure and public bashing. Glad to see Russ embrace this role and thrive.
Question (because I haven’t followed): how many games have the lakers had extended garbage time minutes without Russ or any starters in where they are just getting blown out?
Peak 16-17 thunder vibes lmao
Wow who would have thought
Kyrie won’t come to the Lakers. Apart from the Lakers are trash. He doesn’t want a media circus around him.
He has created a culture so bad, only he can fix it. Awesome.
Free Russ
KD and Westbrook reunion would be sick, ngl
I’m glad this season we’re getting post about the Cavs, Jazz, and Blazers three surprising teams, and not some useless stat about some dude thats on a 30 win team this year because he plays in LA……
Let Russ cook!
trade him and AD to the Nets for KD and Kyrie and first round picks till 2030
I was at the game last night and the energy/game flow improved a ton whenever Russ got on the floor. Even the crowd hyped up whenever he approached the scorer’s table. That type of environment fuels a player like him, especially without the gravitational pull of AD and Lebron.
His efficiency was also due to posting up for easy looks inside, which is something he should keep up against other guards 1 on 1. Even if he couldn’t finish himself, he was making smart passes to create opportunities for his teammates vs forcing a brick like we’ve gotten used to lately
Keep all the conspiracists away from my team please.
I’ve said it before, imma say it again: it’s crazy how much popular Russ slander is than Russ praise
Just let him.play 37-40 min, not 28-30
