What if Doug McDermott to Grant Williams one on one trade. Doug McDermott salary for this year is 13 Million Dollars and Grant Williams is 11 Million Dollars for this year.

I don't really like his personality. He did get angry and ran into that female ref on purpose. It was not an accident. I can tell he is a rage/tantrum kind of dude. He is pretty good though.

OMG, yes. Yes to Grant Williams going west (GW is such a Spur) and, most importantly, no — N.O. — to that "Dollar Tree" Batman Costume. What a Halloween buzzkill that is.
If we're paying 18 million for Grant, Jakob is worth 25.
Would you have him as a starter? If you want Sochan to start, GW would need to play Center (ala Draymond). Assuming we no longer have Jakob, I would only sign him to that type of money if he commits himself to getting in shape and is willing to play as a small ball Center. Then it would make sense to sign him for $15+Million per year.
But Charles Bassey (and maybe even Roby) could end up filling in this potential role on the squad, for a way cheaper price.
Honestly I would love the signing for the right price. You need guys like him who know their role & do the dirty work at a great level. He honestly would be a much better version of KBD. Basically a 3&D Forward that can guard 3-5 & brings versatility defensively, something we don’t really have off the bench.

He's like Keldon, but a better big defender than Keldon. Don't know if I love it because we just got Jeremy and they're both big defenders, Grant just shoots better. Wouldn't be mad either way though
