Al Horford: Frustration Over Ime Udoka Nets Hire is Real

Al Horford reacted to reports that the Nets hired Celtics head coach Ime Udoka, with Boston allowing their suspended leader to walk to a division rival in Brooklyn. Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown spoke about frustration over the hire, and Horford said that it’s real, but the Celtics have a job to do starting vs the Bulls tonight. Horford said Boston will be happy if he gets a new job.

  1. While the Bulls had a whole 18 fouls for the game last time, Lavine was shown in a picture dunking in your (teams) face and making sure his other hand was held in a position like he was holding his Rodman.
That's what he thinks of you.

  2. All the Udoka drama is getting tiring. Whatever happened, happened. And he's not coming back, so just concentrate on winning, otherwise it will keep eating you alive every week.

  3. What I’m noticing is these guys are depending on Time Lord coming back too much, in regards to their defense. Every time they get asked about the Defense they bring up Rob being out.

  4. Al presents himself as someone who would make a good coach when he decides to retire. Hopefully the Celtics can keep him in the organization when that happens.

  5. Celtics need to start playing MAD… playing bully ball on some KOBE mamba mentality type shit….. fuk all the pretty boy shit.. lets get this fukn chip

  6. hes never been hired yet though? Its been quiet seems like they may be thinking differently following the Kyrie stuff

  7. I had a feeling the Nets were behind the news about Ime leaking out initially. Psychological warfare….

  8. Such a jerk. 🤣
Literally, who wouldn’t want Al on their team? I can’t imagine being more of a professional/ winner.

  9. Nets have not hired Ime yet. No surprise to anybody that he's not coming back to Celtics as his "suspension" was a de facto firing.

  10. al is smooth on and off the court. the reporters didnt lay a glove on him despite numerous attempths to get him to say something that would grab headlines

  11. Joe Mezzulla probably feels like the guy who just started dating a girl who won't stop talking about her ex

  12. I'm over ALL this shit!!!😠 WHY all this has to happen to MY team?!?! Out of all the teams in the NBA?!?!?! I mean …what's that? One out of 60 chances?!?! It's all STUPID and even more stupid is that NOBODY really knows EXACTLY why!!!
Screw the whole season. Suspend The whole team..
    WITH PAY!!!

  13. It's such a shame man, it's on Ime ultimately but if i'm frustrated then I can't imagine how frustrated they are. These players aren't in their primes for ever, time is on the line and these guys deserve closure and clarity.
