    I thought Milwaukee became the car jacking capital of America recently but that might be outdated

    In our first and only visit to the city four years ago, a cop car followed us for nearly 15mins when we four guys drove to look for a restaurant. As we finally stopped because of nervousness, they just smiled at us and let us go. Since then we thought it must be rather difficult to get a car stolen there as the police could pursue you to the end of the world just for fun.
