This is the perfect example of “Any NBA team can beat any other NBA team on any given night”. Yesterday, this was a neck and neck game that literally went to the buzzer. Tonight, we had an entire quarter of garbage time.
A good win by committee game here. CP3 shot more, our bench stepped up, our defense played a hard, full 48 minutes, and those blocks! I’m really happy to see Dario start to find his footing again. With Craig stepping into the starting lineup (and doing well to kick it off), having Dario for our bench is relieving.
GG Portland. You were a fun team to be 1/3 of our first 9 games.
