Only his second game of his career. Am I the only one that thinks he’s regressed? Sure the knee and layoff played a major factor, but overall he just doesn’t look as fluid as he did at the start of his rookie season.

He hasn’t played 50 Nba games yet. Give him time

Yea. Even tho Im not a big fan of the type of player(super athlete but low bbiq), I feel like he still have potential to be great. I do think Warrior’s are screwing up his development. Players like JK and Wise need to play like 30 min+ a night to see if they can pick up good basketball habits. These 10 min runs that Wiseman are getting aren’t helping him develop since he knows he is getting pulled after 2-3 mistakes. We are also losing games because of it because he is so negative in those short runs. In the end, it feels like we are getting the worst of the duo-timeline of not winning games(forcing starters to play longer) and not developing our high picks.

Highlights can be deceiving, but at least from these highlights he’s being used completely differently then vs. Now. He looks more like a 4 here based on where he is receiving the ball on the court and how he is being used (at the elbow, or outside of the paint). Now, we have him sprinting to the hoop on every play, playing as a 5, in the paint for lobs/screens/rebounds/etc.
I’ve said this before, but it’s possible wiseman isn’t a 5. It’s similar to the AD situation. AD has the size to be a 5, but that’s not really his game.

In every single clip he isn’t clogging the paint. I believe forcing Wiseman to play as a back to the basket old-school Center is a mistake. Play him like a PF and that will unlock his potential.
