They have a had a tough schedule but honestly the west is just really deep. The only easy win in the west is the rockets. Utah with this group is a playoff team, the spurs are scrappy, the kings have talent and have embarrassed the Lakers in the pre season. Itâs hard to see this team winning more than like 35 games, especially if Bron and AD have to miss time.

If Russ came off the bench to start the season, I think we wouldâve won the Clippers and Blazers games. 4-5 wouldnât be that bad. Ultimately, to at least play out the rest of the season with some dignity, another big and 3 pt shooter are needed. Russ trade is the best way to get good role players.

So 2-7 is actually a good thing, guys. Because all the people beating the shit out of us were good, it doesn’t really count. /s

Other than Portland and Utah (not counting their hot start), those were really the only teams we would have been favoured against coming into the season out of the first 10 games. Did people expect anything other than 3-7 to start (+/- 1 game here or there)? I don’t get why people are acting like its been a disaster, this team (as constructed) has pretty much played to expectations, we saw what the big 3 was like together last year. The tough schedule doesn’t help things, theres actually been some encouraging signs from most games. Its just the roster is too flawed to scratch out wins when AD and Bron have been underwhelming to say the least.
