We play .500 basketball goddammit. Salt of the earth, punch the clock, even win/loss ratio basketball. We lose a couple, guess what? We’ll win a couple, too. But don’t get too excited or let it go to your head. No long winning streaks here, no sir. That’s hubris, which this blue collar, hard working everyman team doesn’t have. A few wins in a row, these guys, true to form, will balance it out with a couple a losses. Yes sir, that’s my 2022-23 Chicago Bulls. A good, honest .500 basketball team.

When Zach plays well it makes me happy. He gets a lot of hate around here

  3. Biz_whiz_

Bo Cruz tryna not let up till the last whistle left DeMar confused lol

  4. I-N_Clined

So happy we beat them after how they played last night. We might look really good as a healthy team.

  5. First 30 piece of the season for Zach, I’ll take it!

  6. doctored_up

Finally can go to bed, with a w, drive home safely Chicago

  7. Nice win. We keep a good team tight away, then win against them decisively at home on the tail end of a B2B.

    BEEP BEEP!

Zach was Zach tonight and I love it. Good to see him back. Thankfully no more back to backs for a while so he can stay in the floor for a stretch I hope.

  9. kingjuicepouch

Solid effort across the board and another good aggressive game from p will, for those of us keeping score at home

    Takeaways from tonight’s game:

    * Winning without playing Deebo ball feels good. We still need to deal with the double better, but having both Zach and Demar on the court allows us to punish it way harder. Will only get better once Lonzo is back too.
    * Zach looked good for most of the night and was a big factor in us building the lead we carried to the end. Scored well from everywhere on the court which is huge.
    * I fucking love watching DJJ. He’s quietly been really fucking good the entire year and deserves his due.
    * Both of our young guys in Pat and Ayo deserve their props. Both were factors on offense and both played very good defense tonight. Ayo played Freddie super hard whenever they were matched up and Pat held Scottie to five points.
    * Pat honestly didn’t make a bad decision tonight in my eyes. Passed well, took the shots he was supposed to take and played good defense. Still collecting a few too many fouls, but that’ll get fixed over time. I genuinely believe a statement game (like Ayo’s in Boston) is coming. He’s playing too well for it not too.

MVP’s for tonight: Zach, Derrick Jones Jr, Vucevic (who played a very solid defensive game and pulled boards on top of his 15 points). Honorable mentions go to Patrick Williams.

Flynn stealing Zachs powers with that jersey swap in the end.

  12. Nice win today. Gotta clean up those sloppy turnovers though 🙏. No more back to backs for a while woo!

  13. mikes41720

Good win! A bit sloppy from both sides, but Zach with 30 helping secure that win!

  14. Thatguy_Koop

Like the win but we really gotta clean up those turnovers. all the traveling and stepping out of bounds this team does is so frustrating.

  15. thisisjustascreename

Good team win. Gotta clean up the sloppy passing, Caruso gotta stop doing bizarre dumb things like throw a transition pass to Vuc’s kneecap. Ayo Pat Coby Zach gotta stop stepping on the sideline.

Do those things and we’re a 50 win team.

  16. Milkboy1516

Evidently Zach Lavine is a nice spacing add when a team wants to trap you every single possession.

Split the mini series like we’re supposed to tonight (we’re +5 tho wins a wins)

I hope Dragic stays healthy cause I don’t wanna have explain to opposing fanbases why he’s actually like our 6th best player this season or whatever.

Would really like Drummond back against the Pelicans. He was questionable tonight hopefully that happens. But DJJ is such a nice depth piece this season. He looks *so* much better next to Dragic.

We got killed on the glass last night but tonight it was just 5 offensive rebounds from the Raptors and I just know Billy loves the Pat/Javonte/ DJJ centercourt he always slips in talking about playing Pat at center or whatever so it’s clear he’s feeling a bit liberated without Drummond.

  17. teachdove5000

Shit I did not know they played cause they play yesterday.

  18. Prinnius_Maximus

Super happy to see us not giving up leads in the 1st, even in the last few we lost. Let’s keep it up.

  19. BullsChampions2025

Zach is that dude. Hope he continues to get healthier.
