This is the 1st time that either Aaron or Justin Holiday have beaten their brother Jrue.

  2. TheFlying

Step aside “are the grizz better without Ja” memes, it’s time to ask if the hawks are better without Trae.

  3. Athalos124

I have seen enough, time to tank for Wemby

Seriously though props to the Hawks. At least we lost to a likeable team with a cool fanbase.

  4. CounterInsanity

I feel so damn vindicated after complaining to give AJ Griffin minutes. He’s produced nearly every time he’s stepped on the court. Nate McMillians “no playing time for rookies” is so damn frustrating.

I’m so excited for AJ. Kid just helped give the Bucks their first loss while making a HUGE contribution.

  5. HamlnHand

Don’t let Nate Mcmillan fool you, AJ Griffin and Jalen Johnson are very much real. And very good

Bucks were going to lose at some point. All credit to the Hawks. They outworked the Bucks on the boards. They frustrated the Bucks out of their principals. They set good screens and made the shots when they got to the soft spots in the defense. They guarded Giannis very well. They made the Bucks speed up and took advantage of when the Bucks got sloppy. Hawks just completely dominated the second half.

    Hawks are legit.

Loving the DJM trade more and more by the day. Our offense never would’ve looked like this without Trae last season

  8. Things were going well until the Hawks decided to not miss the entire second half

  9. myhellcatgotRepod

Fuck it the Hawks are beating all the undefeated teams

WE WANT THE EAGLES AND WE WANT THEM TONIGHT.

  10. DamienSalvation

Not sure I’m getting this. What does it mean when their score is bigger at the end of the game?

  11. MagicJohnsonAnalysis

Hawks just played better overall. Much more hustle

  12. thestallion11

OO May be the best person Iā€™ve seen defend giannis . Not that he can stop him because giannis is the most dominant player in the world but he is the closest Iā€™ve seen to someone who can actually stand up to him. Also I love playing the bucks . Our games are always fun

  13. RCdelta62

The Hawks acquire another 6ā€™9ā€ player with a 20 foot wingspan every time I watch them it seems.

Also I think Iā€™d rather face Trae Young than that AJ Griffin kid. He didnā€™t miss.

Kudos to the Hawks. That was a blowout.

  14. sikontoure

GGs Hawks fans. Completely cooked us in the 2nd half

  15. 0dias_Chrysalis

Not a great loss, but if we had to lose I’m happy it came to a scrappy team without it’s star player

AJ GRIFFIN CAN FUCK MY BITCH

inb4 some redditors are just gonna somehow frame this as if the Hawks are better with Trae Young off the court. This win was all about AJ Griffin, Okongwu, Dejounte Murray and good defense

  17. Thehelloman0

I just want to remind everyone again that basically every response to a post someone made in the offseason was that Dejounte would never make an all star game again lol

OO against anyone else in the league: Stays up late at night going to the clubs.

OO against Giannis: Full night sleep. Eating right. Girlfriend can’t come over.
