There’s been a bunch of guys who had really good efforts defensively against Jokić. Typically involves simply wailing on him relentlessly and daring the ref to call it. It can be painful to watch. But after *x* games, Jokić always always figures out the counter moves and cooks the would-be Joker Kryptonite mercilessly. Just a few guys who come to mind: Taj Gibson, Dwight, Boogie, Ayton, AD, Gobert, Dray. They all seemed like they could stop our boy until…they just couldn’t. Grant Williams about to join some elite company.

Weren’t people saying this about Rudy Gobert for a couple games and then Joker has torched him every game since.
