If voting feels like a burden because you have to squeeze it into your day, I’m right there with you. Make sure you do it this year, and then for next year, request an absentee ballot. You get to sit down with a voter guide a month beforehand, and take all the time you need. I worked 10 and 1/2 hours yesterday, I know before I could do absentees, I would often forget to get up early enough to go vote, and leave work too late to make it. I know it’s too late for this year, but it takes all the stress out of the process!
