For those wondering if Darvin Ham talked about the repeat tax offender, here’s the video clip. If no moves come, what will you be looking forward to when watching games?
🚨FULL AUDIO of the Darvin Ham “repeater tax” quote:
(This was VERY hard to find. Not on spectrum OR Lakers YouTube. Had to go to the NBA site.)
Includes question from media that prompted the response. Full context. Nothing cut.

A lot of the new fans leaving and getting back to just supporting the team and more team based basketball.
The Kentucky Wildcats. At least then I’ll see what a competent, winning basketball team looks like this season.
I don’t think the question he was asked warranted him bringing up trades and cap space. But I do like his commitment to working with what he has regardless which I guess is something he wanted to get off his chest.
What I’ll be looking forward to if no moves come? Well let’s see.. most games will be losses so I guess I’ll be looking forward to seeing the trio of Wembenyama Zion and Ingram for years to come!
A dumb question but why does this prohibit a trade to happen or suggest that it may not?
An easier section of schedule to show me whether or not we make the play ins. A more aggressive AD on a regular basis. Lebron playing less minutes with more intensity in those minutes. The development of young players like Brown and Christie who look to me like future rotation players. See if Russ can sustain and become a SMOTY candidate. See if Thomas Bryant can give me 20 minutes a game and shoot decently once he gets his opportunity. See if Gabriel can improve his shot once he gets comfortable….stuff like that.
Jeanie: “Rob, I’ll give you four years like I gave my brother Jim to fix this up.”
The Packers! jk that’s just a different flavor of the same shit
