Jalen’s passing is so quick and direct, it really seems to catch teams off-guard. We’ve seen the playmaking out of the post, but I actually like this pick at the top of the key where he can survey the half court and make a decision or choose to recycle the possession. There is already movement from the players responding to the pick, so it is that much easier for other players to take advantage of the chaos, and in this case OO’s slashing shows up.
