I think a couple tweaks make them viable. They could easily have started 5-2, 6-1, maybe even undefeated with ANY competence shooting. A guy like Buddy immediately adds 2-3 shots per game that they’re missing and if you get Turner then AD can comfortably play the 4. It’s bad and Pelinka needs fix something it NOP will likely get Wemby. That move for RW was/is one of the worst signings ever.
What about Utah on top of the Western Conference? Milwaukee only dropping one game with injuries? Banchero having the best rookie season in recent memory?

They got rid of all the shooting that made them a championship team in 2020 & expected LeBron & AD (2guys who are Not pure shooters) to do everything for the team in an era where shooting dominates the league. Then they added another ball dominant non-shooter on top of that in Westbrook. Just a really poorly thought out team. Hard to believe you could screw up roster construction with two dominant HoF players like LeBron & AD at the core, but they definitely did. It's like the ppl in charge haven't been keeping up with the times.
