Scottie ‘ Ben Simmons’ Barnes. Playing with no energy on both sides. Another disappointing outing.

  2. mMounirM

Fred and OG carrying these bums to barely beat the last team in the West lol

    When does Siakam come back

  3. iamjaydubs

In the dark ages of the Raptors, I used to say “don’t ask the Raptors to break a dollar, cause they only give you three quarters”, but damn I’ve been loving the clamp down in the key minutes.

From the Bulls to Houston, they’re staying gritty and getting it done. Great game.

  4. JetsStreeg

No game thread up for the entire game but some loser podcast is pinned to the top of the subreddit. What a joke this sub is becoming.

  5. ThunderGunMD

I better never see another FVV trade post or tweet or anything

  6. SamallamaSquared

OG and Fred were great but some of the Precious and Boucher minutes were tough to watch – Need to figure out our bench rotations

If you gave me the choice of Wembanyama or Stephen Silas being fired, I can’t tell you which one I’d choose.

  8. ilickedysharks

OG and Fred are such ridiculous two way players.

Tari Eason had Wemby on his mind tn

  9. TSMVillain

at this point if you’re not a top 10 player and og is defending you, just pass bro

  10. kid50cal

Otto Porter Jr won us the game. Those back to back 3s put the raps into control of the game.

  11. ImDarkraii

Had plenty of chances to make a run at a win there. Damn.

Frustrating but there’s positives to take I gueeeesssssss

  12. Eason can’t make layups for shit yet but he’s got 110% DAWG in him, I wanna know the distance he covered this game lmao.

  13. H-TownDown

We always make crucial mistakes but that’s the hallmark of a young team.

  14. schoolhater12

That Thad young graphic is fully warranted. That pass for an easy dunk for OG was sexy.

Also, is there sort of some unwritten curse that won’t allow all our 6’9 guys to be fit at the same time? Hope Precious is okay

The duality of FVV in the 4th was amazing to see because even though he had some boneheaded iso’s he carried

  15. Life_Of_High

Nick Nurse showing restraint by only playing FVV 35 minutes tonight.

  16. iloveScottieBarnes

For the first time in my life I will not defend Scottie Barnes tonight with that being said he’s dealing with lots of injuries give him a break

  17. PlumCantaloupe

Not sure why people are hating on Barnes. Sure, he didn’t look like a superstar; but this is what it looks like to build yourself up on a winning team. He made good plays, was aggressive in the first half, and Jalen Green’s first step is a tough cover for anyone.

    He was impactful.

  18. _s0lace_

Shame on whoever thought Scottie would end up being better than Jalen lol

  19. Shoutout to the unsung hero Thad Young; +21 on 0/3FGA, zero fouls and only 1TO.

Also love Otto, might just be our best FA signing in franchise history already.

    Edit: Not including re-signed players

  20. browndude10

Goon on the bench to close out the game was head scratching. Much better game for Jabari who finished with a double double(his shot selection still is stupid) and Jalen green too outside of the TOs. K mart jr and Tari continue to impress and great game from Garuba too

  21. mems1224

Eason makes so many crazy plays then misses easy layups lol

  22. MugiMartin

Raptors: That’s a nice lead you have there.

Me: Yeah, it’s real nic- aaaand it’s gone.

Ugly win, but a win is a win.

Fred and OG are amazing two way players. OPJ won us the game with clutch shots and good play making.

Precious and Chris did not play well, but at least Boucher added a couple clutch defensive plays. Precious needs to stop looking for his shot and focus more on cutting to the rim. Boucher needs to stop getting such terrible defensive fouls. Like the one where he grabbed at the guy from the ground was not smart.

Banton has some good moments, but he’s never going to thrive until he finds his shot. Teams know to just clog the paint when the rap bench is one and that takes away any of their scoring.

Barns looked like he was gassed by the 4th. Still god-tier passing, but a rough shooting night. He made some great plays happen at the end of the day.

    I miss Siakam.

  24. ignobleprotagonist

how are the rockets ever expecting to contend when their defence is so incredibly godawful?? jalen green is a shockingly poor defender.

  25. Punjabiveer30

My conclusion from this game: Porter Jr > Porter Jr

  26. NikNaksch

I didn’t know until like a minute ago Tari Eason is a rookie. The Rockets have so much young talent on that team, I feel like both them and Orlando are gonna be lowkey nuts in a few years

  27. Not a good sign when you barely win against the rockets. Scared about this recent Scottie play. Looks slow, sluggish, and injured
