I love his defense so far this year but I also love that it’s increasing his trade value.
Sorry but I’m still down to trade absolutely anyone other than Scottie or Pascal if it can push this team to be a contender for the next couple years. And OG and GTJ are still at the top of that list.

He is so undervalued in trades right now. He is as valuable if not more than Rudy Gobert. He’s competing with Rudy as the best defensive player in the league, but he’s a way better offensive player and has the ability to switch across 4-5 positions. Also, he’s 5 years younger.
Don’t get me wrong, Rudy is a great defender, but he is only a paint presence defensively and has next to no offensive skills. Yes, paint defence is probably more important than perimeter D, but the switchability OG offers provides a lot of value as well.
If OG is getting traded it’s got to be a Rudy level trade. The Blazers offering a 1st and a mid level role player isn’t nearly enough. We’d need 2 firsts and multiple young players. Or a star with little additional pieces.
