Who tf you gonna give up for him though? Pascal? Scottie?

  2. zellmerz

Until Shai publicly says he wants out, I’m not putting any stock in any “reports”

  3. mMounirM

forget it. his price doubled this season lol

  4. ToronoRapture

The tweet is just an opinion lol. Absolutely nothing new is being said.

You will have to give up something giant to get him though folks. OG/Fred + Trent isn’t enough. They will want either Scott Barnes or Siakam.

  6. What_Huh_

The only thing OKC would want is Scottie. I don’t see any reason why they’d be interested in the OG/GTJ/picks combo.

I’d love Shai but I wouldn’t trade Scottie for him.

  7. Prestigious-Clock-53

Yeah, when he’s available he’s ours.

  8. It’s inevitable. Let him come home.

Also it’s possible, we see stars getting traded for fillers and picks. We often say the opposing team will say no, but it’s what the FO wants.

    OG or FVV
    GTJ
    Precious
    3 first-round picks

Do you make the trade? Because that’s probably what it’s going to take to get a 24-year-old, who’s averaging 31 ppg, and is locked into a 5-year contract.

As painful as it would be, mostly because I love OG and FVV, IMO you make that trade in a heartbeat because the move makes you a contender now and for the foreseeable and we could likely add some bench depth in a three-way trade.

  11. Two things can be true for me.

I can be happy for him to lead the Thunder to prosperity, and enjoy his work from a distance.

I can also be excited about the idea or him coming to the Raptors one day.

Not lobbying for him to come here, not hoping he forces his way out of there. Everything I’ve seen of the dude makes me think he’s pure class and would never do that anyways unless it was a mutual decision between him and the team.

For now he’s got me watching Thunder games more often, and that’s good enough for me.

I honestly do think that the next “Star” that Masai goes after will be Shai.

To partner with Pascal, Scottie and OG as the core. FVV is iffy right now. And GTJ is not long for this squad.

    Just my feeling.

  13. Raptorsthrowaway1

As much as I would love Shai here, this is totally misleading. He has said himself that he is happy in OKC. The Raptors are keeping an eye on the situation like any diligent team.

Dude was so calm during the final moments of the fourth quarter yesterday. Looking forward to the Raps facing him tomorrow!

Flynn for Shai. If anyone can do it, it’s Bobby and Masai.

  16. OG3SpicyP

Maaaan trade OG, Fred & 2 firsts. Think thats enough? Maybe throw in more firsts for Dort too. Idk why OKC would want Fred tho tbh

  17. CocoonMaN

Same bullshit different team. We hate it when they do it to us. Let’s not do it to OKC.

  18. SadOpportunity9825

    Furiously beating. Walls turning white.

This narrative matches what I want to happen so I’ll choose to believe it.
