Are people just creating these blame videos for everyone on the roster now?

so i actually watched the video and it talks about the Warriors defense being 27th ranked. Here’s the main points:
* Draymond does not look like his DPOY self. Showed some plays where he had unusual mental lapses (allow back door cuts, paint catches, etc…), lack of engagement, and sloppiness.
* the Poole Party lineup sucks — Dray’s paint protection is down, Klay’s defense is not as good anymore, Poole has good effort but is pretty out of position and lacks physicality.
* Offensively, too many turnovers and only shooting 35% from 3. Klay’s form is off(?) and Poole has been pretty bad from deep (0-9 on corner 3s).

Coach Nick with a different take than just blaming the bench and Wiseman.
Not that the bench and Wiseman don’t deserve some blame, but focusing mostly on Draymond is a narrative I have not really heard from media or on this sub.

yes, players are struggling, but this is a coaching issue.

I stopped watching after he said, “They’re in real danger of not making the playoffs.” lol

Summary I sent to my friend: Draymond has been playing bad defense, losing his man often and his antics have been under scrutiny from the refs. The warriors as a team are fouling too much in general and Draymond is the primary culprit. Warriors are 2nd in the league in fouls/100 pos and 27th in defense rating. Klay is also bad on defense and teams are targeting him. Poole plays with energy on defense but its often misplaced as he is out of position or commiting bad fouls. Draymond’s handles have been suspect and his passes have been off target. Warriors are shooting badly, Klay specifically his base looks to wide. Poole is missing wide open threes which should improve as the season progresses.

I really wonder about the Dray on defense part. I get that he’s had some unusually bad plays that this video points but I think it goes further than that. From watching the game, those plays are still rare and he’s had a lot of great moments. But clearly it’s not translating to team defense the way it usually does.
Something I’ve been trying to figure out while watching is if he’s talking less than usual. I think the big reason he’s led us to so many great defenses is that he passes on his elite awareness and anticipation to everyone else on the floor. If he’s not doing that (or some players aren’t listening anymore due to off-court issues) it would explain the worse performance without him looking that bad individually

Blame Draymond but I think the biggest factor is Klay not being held accountable on defense and offense.
