So Woj yesterday said the decision for Kai to not play was from the Nets AND the NBA but now Adam Silver is saying it’s only on Nets apparently 🤔?

So, a prominent and devout member of the Jewish faith [Adam Silver] spoke with Kyrie and he said himself that he has no doubt that Kyrie is not anti-Semitic.

Yet, people in our fanbase (who probably aren’t even Jewish) and the media are still going to push that narrative that he is an anti-Semite.

Tsai should just sell the team if he wants Kyrie to go through all that. Guys like Lebron and Jaylen have voiced out their support for Kyrie. Kyrie got NBAPA’s back.

It was the nets choice and right to suspend him. His conduct hurt the franchise.

I’m telling y’all, lol. Nets gave all those requirements to Kyrie, because they knew he wouldn’t actually do it. Essentially suspending him for the season, without actually saying it.

  5. Quote to dwell upon:

Adam Silver: “I personally, based on what he said directly to me have no doubt that he’s not antisemitic but I think there’s a process that he’s going to now need to go through.”

Kyrie coming back sooner than later? Maybe.

This franchises success, even longterm, is entirely dependent on whether or not Kyrie can make it back to team and rehabilitate his value. We can be competitive without Kyrie, but losing him kills our championship aspirations and doesn’t leave us with enough assets to contend for a long time. If you care about watching winning basketball you’ve got to be rooting for the Nets and Kyrie to move past this.

No, Silver said the specifics of what Kyrie needs to do to end his suspension is on the Nets.

This was a Nets decision and in typical Nets front office fashion they make decisions based on outside pressure and then blame everyone else for the consequences. No different from Kyrie really. Looking forward for Kyrie to be back on the floor.
