Since the team has few offensive sets and and thus little built in motion, it is thibs responsibility to have the TEAM AVOID HERO BALL and selfish play AT ALL COSTS, especially if they have the green light from the 3 point line. If they don't, they look like they are just chucking up shots, like they did last night. Thibs has yet to develop ways to prevent hero ball and he should not get a pass on this because as he said you either win or you learn. There have been plenty of games like this during his tenure and they should not happen, especially against rivals where the team should be more focused and committed to its principles.
You don’t have efficient scorers on the damn team to say we a good offensive team you have to share the ball to win every night. Julius can’t do it Brunson can’t do it and allowing iso ball is not what this current nba is about.

this team isn't built to be a defensive team. they have other strengths and Thibs is not the right coach for this group. Give Johnny Bryant the job before another team does, he is a great coach.

Being an expert in what a team is supposed to do, nut team not doing it is a coaching failure. Coaching is a method of achieving set goals.
I want guys to play loose & they dont play loose under thibbs. Everyone is scared to make a mistake on the floor instead of just playing
