  1. Heliocentric offense has never and will never win shit, it only exists for one guy to put up stats

  2. 0dias_Chrysalis

Bud should tell Kidd not to kill his star in the first quarter to get the lead early and pray you can keep it with streaky 3s

  3. crunchsmash

Is there a player who’s shooting doesn’t get worse the longer the game goes?

  4. GGezpzMuppy

Live and die by the Luka three. Dude has all the green lights even if he shooting bad.

  5. RonnocFjord

This is such a dumb stat for the second night of a back to back

  6. JoJonesy

That’s not even a criticism of Luka, it’s a criticism of the Mavericks. Get this man someone else who can handle the ball

Think Kidd is likely going to make some adjustments soon with the rotations. He really likes to run with what they are comfortable with for awhile to get a large sample size of data. Already today’s game was a little bit different but were still missing some guys, Wood, Bertans (ya ya i know not that impactful but it makes a difference for wing depth) Frank came back today he’ll likely be getting a few minutes a game and I’m pretty positive you will see a decent amount of Hardy later in the season.

Kidd has been pretty vocal against the heliocentric offense but with our personnel everything is built around luka. Meaning that a mismatch of guards and wings if not chosen carefully will not mix well when Luka doesnt have the ball.

TLDR we got some shit to figure out, its gonna take some time, some trial and error, wait and see i guess idk i aint the coach

And they said I was a hater. Turns out a 90% usage rate isn’t how you win games

  9. GlueGuy00

This has been the story of his career every season

  10. BlAlRlClOlDlE

It’s over. he’s changing teams. BUlls preferably

  11. ilickedysharks

This shit was obvious in their matchups against the Clippers too. He would have like 30 at half but be too gassed in the 4th

  12. xychosis

Exhausted star player struggles to put up efficient numbers during periods of exhaustion, more at 11

  13. Cursory_Analysis

    Breaking News!

Humans get tired over time. This effects their ability to do physical activity as effectively 🤯

This has been going on for a while, in our series against the Mavs where he “got no help” it was his teammates shooting historic 3pt numbers and carrying the fourth as he kept falling off (which of course now has turned into some narrative about him cooking Kawhi)

  15. Sherrodactyl

He’s gotta stop with the stepback heaves late in the game, it always looks so doomed. The ones he’s hit are on highlight reels forever but it’s such a settle

  16. PDXJimmy420

I will speak for Portland and offer him a job here. We’ll take good care of him.

  17. Yomminator

People should start guarding him like Westbrook. Just sag off him to cut off driving lanes and dare him to shoot or pass it to his mediocre teammates

  18. Jordan never won when putting up over 33 PPG in the regular season, Lebron never won when putting up over his career average PPG, Kareem won 1 title when putting up 32 PPG but then failed with 34 PPG before winning 5 more with less scoring with Magic. Only Mikan (2x), Kareem (1x), Jordan (6x) and Shaq (1x) has won a ring and scoring title in the same season. I think history tells us clearly that in order to win you need to share the ball.

  19. Noah-Buddy-I-Know

I mean this is how hes always been. Every game i watch of his im like he already has 15 in the 1st qtr!!!! and then hes like 2/6 in the 4th with 32 pts. Obv still great but i always though he should pace himself more, seems to always gas himself

  20. Noah-Buddy-I-Know

Luka’s early career looks almost identical to LeBrons so far

  21. StraightShootahh

Why doesn’t this guy get criticism for being a ball-hog?

Averaging loads of assists doesn’t change that

  22. Distance_Motor

Yet he finds a way to shoot game winners against us (and the rest of the league)

  23. canadian12371

The elephant in the room is that he’s also out of shape for an nba player. I understand the dude uses his weight as a strength but there’s no doubt being 20-25% body fat will reduce your stamina in professional basketball.

  24. DrizzyVert

Yeah we need a second star, a Kyrie-esque ball handler or a Ray Allen type of guy.
