This is how the playoffs will go for the Nuggets smh…Malone is a bad coach.
They are just bad on deffense,that will not change so much
Assuming that Nuggets/Nuggets fans have title aspirations:
So far – only Jokic, AG and KCP look like 1st string contender players.
Murray is ways away, MPJ is still not figuring out "his way" on the court – I'm a bit taken aback with how slowly he's developing his game IQ (if at all).
With Murray and MPJ like this – nuggets cannot have a decent defense. Period.
Murray and MPJ are not ready to play offense against good/great defensive teams. Period.
BB is 2nd string player, good/great one, but still 2nd string.
Nuggets can only hope that MPJ and Murray will eventually get there and start to look like 1st string players on a good NBA team.
Even if/when that happens – nuggets are still missing 2nd string Backup C and a shooter/creator – to really hope to contend.
Eh.
A lot of this “work hard”, “ease yourself into the game” stuff is down to the team taking the approach of it’s best player. Jokic doesn’t play with a sense of urgency. My friend had a take recently that scared me bcos that’ll be so disappointing for this Nuggets era. He said, Jokic is the best player in the NBA u can’t win a chip with, I hope he’s wrong.

way to stand up for your MVP coach! They have been playing dirty 🤮🤢all night trying to injure him. They possibly even succed on the last play. And this is all you have to say? Embarassing coaching but even worse the lack of understanding who you owe your job to
