The Jazz can end up making a deep run in the playoffs and still land a lottery pick or 2 thanks to their trades with Minnesota, Cleveland and Brooklyn. I get that those teams i mentioned all have high expectations but there's a difference with that and reality, which is why they play the games.
I love that my Cavs went all in this year. I am super happy to see them make good moves. Im hoping that they can gel well and Levert is looking super solid but I still think he is better at a SG role. Garland is a serious top 7 guard in this league and Mitchell is as well. I think adding a big bodied center 7' or taller for a back up who can average 10-10 off the bench is much needed for a second team. I also think moving Levert to the back up SG role and adding a true SF would go a long way in giving this team a big boost when the starters need to rest. I love that our bench looks nice. Rubio is one of the best pure points in the league, Love is a solid shooter and rebounder, while Cedi Osman gives us a little defense and a little offense. I think overall a great team only missing a true SF and some big man depth. I do like Love but Robin is not getting any minutes and not producing a ton. So id love to see an uptick in minutes for him or a free agent signing or trade to give a bit more center depth for Allen. I know Mobley can play 5 as well but him and Allen together means that no-one can score inside and they either settle for 3s or non efficient shots so id like to keep them on the court together. Either way I love the team they've built
Jazz should keep Lauri and Vando and trade Clarkson and Conley wile their value is high. They got 3 1sts this coming lottery. 2 can be lottery if the Wolves keep sucking
Gobert is just way overrated. He has the basketball IQ of a walnut and that is a very bad thing for someone who should be your key defender and the coordinator of the defense plus he has 0 attacking game other than dunking. Real trash

Why would the Jazz trade anyone? They have 3 1st rounders next year. Markannen has a cheap contract until 2025. Sexton is locked up long term, Conley's contract is too expensive to be tradeable. Clarkson maybe, but he seems to be enjoying it in Utah and signed a 5 year deal previously.
Christian wood was bad for the locker room. The rockets just wanted him gone so sengun could take center stage. And he’s performed great thus far so rockets got exactly what they wanted from the trade
Ainge may not have developed gobert and spida but he should be given credit for having the courage to move on because the jazz had developed some talent and winning years with them. The wolves have some great talent but as a team haven’t come together to hit the next level. Same problem with most teams. Finding the right combinations. It takes courage to go all in like the wolves. Gobert is not the wolves problem and hasn’t played in all their games this season. It just apparent that gobert is not going to fix what the wolves really want which is why the trade is a bust. Then again the wolves were already busted. The jazz could’ve ran it back and perhaps found improvement like the wolves could tried the same old thing again and again. Eventually nba teams will hit ceilings as most fans and owners are expecting a title which won’t happen except for one team. Stupid goal! The jazz are showing that you can play and win by keeping the game exciting. Playing team ball. Start with that and stop over spending will help taper the goals that I have to win it all. Or I have to tank to win. Just play the game the right way
I kinda hope the jazz won't break this group apart this season. This is the first time i've seen Lauri play with the same kind of freedom he has with the finnish national team.
