Definitely think the Suns are making the WCF vs Warriors. Still got the Dubs in 7 tho, they go crazy in the playoffs.
With how Deandre Ayton's been playing this year, it really makes me wonder what if the suns just gave up on him ( very unethical for the suns though) and the pacers signed him? Haliburton, Ayton and Mathurin would be a nice young trio that would be really fun to watch.

the Suns also had the best record last year… that being said I like seeing Booker shine without CP because Paul gets too much credit sometimes.
The reason he isnt talked about as much atm is because we have been seeing this for 2 years going on 3 now. He plays this great for a season and shrinks in the playoffs
The only way the Suns were gonna get any better was Ayton stepping into that 2nd option spot and them feeding him. Paul being out finally established this now that Ayton has his money. I still think he wants out but for now he’s satisfied cause he’s eating

It doesn't matter how he performs in the Regular Season, it matters if he can make himself out to develop a stronger mentality. They're not gonna be a Title Contender, none of their good guys show off that Winners Mentality, NONE OF THEM. Ayton couldn't take the pressure, CP3 lost his touch and couldn't even pass the ball, he basically lost his power Slam Jam style. And then D-Book just showed us that he didn't have the same mentality that Luka did.

They're only two years into playoff runs and already has a finals appearance to their name. It's too early to dismiss them as a regular season team after just one false start. Trade deadline should be interesting, though.
