Im fine with 3 of these options 1, 2 and 4. Let’s say if johnnie Bryant works out if he’s interim HC I wouldn’t mind him to be out HC in the long run but if Jay Wright says he wants to coach the Knicks I’ll be all in but kinda iffy on it since it would be his first HC job in the NBA
I’m with you man, Jay Wright would be my number one choice followed closely by Kenny Atkinson. They the best two out of that list. Too many concerns around UME, & I love Jackson and Van Gundy but they been outta the game far too long

I'm down with firing Thibs, but not unless the rest of the mess is addressed along with him bcuz he's not the only issue. Neither him or many of the players care at all about playing any defense.

To I'm a New Yorker and an unfortunate loyalist. I like Thibbs and I think he is a good coach. I feel that the Knicks shot themselves in the foot when it comes to promotion of coaches that would be great fits. We always look toward people that we have no business in hiring. Phil Jackson comes to mind and the old Utah spring guard as well.

IF we move on from Thibs, I’d love to see a scenario where he is retained as an ASSISTANT Coach. Which I believe is where he is at his STRONGEST and best utilized.
T for Thibodeau I like what Leon Rose have done so far but if he is I would love to see Ime Udoka or Kenny Atkinson , Jay Wright and Mark Jackson would be my three choices and that's it

With this roster. The 2 that take the job is Bryant(coaching debut) & maybe Udoka(take what he can get).
Wright, Jackson, Atkinson & Van Gundy would probably want a better situation than the Knicks.
