Why is everyone rewriting the Trevor Ariza history on this team?!? He was solid for them. They won every big game after he joined. It was only after Embiid flopped onto him and busted up his ankle, requiring off-season surgery and basically ending his NBA career that he wasn’t good. So he was completely broken playing against Giannis in the playoffs and the Heat got swept.
Moe Harkless was God awful, Trevor Ariza was good.
He knew Joel broke his ankle that’s why he kept going at him from the bench during that game. (I too only realized this after he signed with the Lakers and then immediately got ankle surgery.)
