WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE TRAIL BLAZERS?!?!?! | 61

Uh oh. After starting the season 10-4 and number 1 in the West, the Blazers hav suddenly fallen flat on their face and are now 1-7 in their last 8 games. Is this a sign of whats to come or just a rough spot during the season?

  1. We obviously been crushed with injuries. Very limited bench. Playing a extremely tough schedule. Some of the losses understandable. Some of them completely inexcusable. What is killing me is the lack of effort and urgency we have been playing with lately. Blowing huge leads. I can't accept this defeated mentality they have taken on lately. They are better than this

  2. Nurk shoots 50% in the last 5 games, check the stats before you start bashing someone from completely biased personal preference…
It’s one thing to not like the guy, it’s another being objective!
    But what the kids know…

  3. To me it comes down to two main things: health, and Chauncey getting better and better at getting the more out of the players (and lineups). Little, for example can be better utilized I feel. Sharpe as well. As far as health goes, I guess not much to say other than the obvious. Getting best player back and best defensive cog will be huge.

Another thought. How young and "new to the team" are we as a whole? If more so than average then that bodes well for the future as time will get everything to gel better and better, on average and versus the rest of the league, as the season progresses.
